The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners lodged complaints regarding the unauthorized construction undertaken by the unofficial respondents. 2. It is further submitted that the unofficial respondents in WP.No.36289 of 2014 had earlier filed WP.No.14647 of 2014, aggrieved by the action of the respondents in interfering with the construction activity, wherein this Court granted statusquo in WP.No.14647 of 2014. 3. Thereafter, it is submitted that the petitioner in WP.No.14647 of 2014 passed away, and as per the instructions submitted by the learned standing counsel for the Eluru Municipal Corporation, ever since the demise of the writ petitioner, the subject premises has remained locked and unused. 4. Recording the submissions, both the writ petitions are closed.
