It is submitted that respondent No.3 never erected any board in the land belonging to the petitioners, and it is stated that the subject board was erected in the adjacent land of the petitioner. 3. Recording the same, there is nothing further to be adjudicated on merits. Accordingly, the present writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
