learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. 2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in a case instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 118(1), 110, 303(2), 352,

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioners, along with other co-accused persons, armed with various weapons, allegedly entered the house of the informant. On the instigation of co-accused Ayodhi Yadav, they reportedly surrounded Manju Devi and assaulted her with weapons, during which her clothes were torn. Co-accused Hari Yadav and Sanjay Yadav have been specifically accused of outraging her modesty. When the informant, along with his wife and mother, attempted to intervene and rescue her, they too were allegedly assaulted by the accused persons. It is further alleged that a golden chain was forcibly snatched from the neck of the informant’s wife, and co-accused Awadhesh Kumar took ₹5,000 (five thousand rupees) from the pocket of the informant. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. There is land dispute and

From perusal of Impugned Order, it appears that injured Manju Devi has sustained injury over below eyelid measuring 0.5 cm x 0.5 cm due to the reason that many accused persons have assaulted her. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case no. 356 of 2024, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten
