Mr.Rajan Yadav, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, the administration, at the instance of private respondents no.7 and 8, are threatening demolition of petitioners' pakka structure standing on their property. Mr. Yadav submits, private respondents are deliberately avoiding appearing in the civil Court. He seeks interference. 2. Mr.Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and disputes the submission. Mr.Rameshwar Prasad Shukla, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no.9 (the Gaon Sabha). On query Mr.Shukla submits, the Gaon Sabha has not taken any step against petitioners' property. 3. It appears, Civil Suit no.26 of 2025 is pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division), Azamgarh. The administration, if will move for eviction and demolition, will do so upon notice. 4. We have already recorded that the administration will move upon notice. Otherwise, if there is specific complaint made by petitioners of private respondents, taking law into their own hands, petitioners having had submitted that they are not appearing in the civil suit; respondent no.6 must discharge duty towards keeping the law and order. 5.
