Mr. Jaideep Tripathi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's father died accidental death. He was a farmer. Petitioner is 'bataidar' in respect of the land. His claim for compensation has been rejected by respondent no.3 (the Sub-Divisional Magistrate) on order dated 28th January, 2025. It is under challenge. 2. Mr. Devesh Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. 3. Petitioner's claim for compensation stands covered by order dated 21st August, 2024 made by co-ordinate Bench in Writ-C no. 26183 of 2024 (Smt. Gulab Kali vs. State of U.P. and 3 others). In the circumstances, impugned order is set aside and quashed. Compensation of Rs.5 lacs under the scheme Mukhya Mantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna be paid to petitioner within six weeks of communication of certified copy of this order. 4.
