1. None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application on repeated calls when the case is called out.

This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 806/2025 registered at Police Station- Civil Line, Bilaspur, District KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN

From perusal of the record, it appears that the present bail application suffers from a defect, as the counsel for the applicant has not filed the certified copy of the order dated 30.08.2025, as pointed out by the Registry. However, it also appears that the applicant has not taken any steps till date to cure the said defect by filing the required certified copy.
4. In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed on this ground alone, with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh bail application upon filing the aforesaid certified copy. -
