By this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioners, namely, (i) Md. Nur Mahammad, son of late Joynal Abedin, resident of village-No. 2 Jorabnari, P.S.-Gingia, District-Biswanath and (ii) Md. Nur Hussain, son of Md. Abbash Ali, resident of village- Balipukhuri, P.S.-Gingia, District- Biswanath, are seeking bail in Sootea Police Station Case No. 94/2024 registered under Sections 61(2)a/111(3)/329(3) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 25(1A) of the Arms Act, 1959, corresponding to G.R. No. 467/2024, in which they were arrested on 31.10.2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M P Goswami, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Sootea Police Station Case No. 94/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 02/2025 dated 28.01.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for their regular bail in said Sootea Police Station Case No. 94/2024. 5.
