1. The writ petition has been listed under heading ‘To Be Mentioned’ at instance of petitioner. Mr. Kar, learned senior advocate appears and submits, memo of date has been filed. His client wants to take its grievance before the Assessing Officer, opposite party no.4 in the writ petition.
2. Text of the memo is reproduced below.
“The petitioner has filed I.A. No.14612/2024 for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the Assessing Officer (O.P.No.4) in view of Circular No.183/15/2022-GST dated 27.12.2022 issued by CBIC.”
3. Mr. Dash, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State, Mr. Chimanka, learned advocate, Senior Standing Counsel for opposite party nos. 3 to 5 and Mr. D. Das, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel, for opposite party no.6.
4. On consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at this stage. Petitioner wants to move before opposite party no.4. The memo has been filed and opposite parties are represented. In the circumstances, no order need be made in the writ petition.
