The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the online endorsement dated nil by the Deputy Commissioner, Koppal/Respondent No.2 vide Annexure-A. b) Grant such other relief/s as deems fit in the circumstances of the case and allow the writ petition with costs in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by an OnLine rejection of the application for conversion of the land of the petitioner in Survey No.1/2, Anegundi Village, Gangavati Hobli, Tq:Gangavati, Dist:Koppal. 3. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the jurisdictional Tahasildar had not submitted his report within 15 days. Hence, there would be a - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:10018 WP No. 105642 of 2025 deemed conversion in favour of the petitioner. The aspect of deemed conversion, would only apply if all the papers which had been submitted by the petitioner are proper and correct. 4. In view of the location of the property, the petitioner was required to obtain a ‘no objection’ for conversion from Hampi World Heritage Area Management Authority. The said objection not having been submitted, the application has been rightly rejected, as could be seen from the file notings, which has been produced by the petitioner himself. 5.
