Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that respondent Police are calling the petitioner to the Police Station and interfering in the civil disputes. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State on written instructions would submit that no crime is registered against the petitioner and respondent Police never called him to the Police Station and never interfered in the civil disputes and this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. 4 In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except following due process of law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
