Learned advocate Ms.Rathod tenders copies of affidavit filed by the petitioners inter alia submitting that since the respondents have assured the petitioners as regard the respondents considering the case of the petitioners for absorption in regular pay scale as per the seniority, at this stage, the petitioners would not want to contest the petitions with liberty to file afresh in case need so arise. 3. Having regard to the submission made by learned advocate and considering the averments made in the affidavits, the request of the petitioners to withdraw the present petitions is accepted.
