The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent Nos.4 & 5 in not disposing of F-line NOS.FSNV012400518787
1. 2) bearing applications FSNV012400518873 3) FSNV012400518923, dated 24.08.2024 filed by the petitioners to conduct survey and to fix boundaries in respect of subject lands. 2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that despite making applications on 24.08.2024, no action was initiated by the respondents. Heard Sri P.Sai Avinash representing the counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. 4. During the course of hearing, the Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the applications submitted by the petitioners are pending consideration and appropriate orders will be passed in due course. 5. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, it is appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent Nos.4 & 5 to take necessary action
and pass appropriate orders on the applications dated 24.08.2024 made by the petitioners, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, after issuing notice to the petitioners.
