Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 16101 of 2025 and it appears that this case is not maintainable because this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner, so I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court then the learned Trial Court shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by this order. 4.
