This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 11.2.2015 passed in Special Case No.331/2011 by Special Judge, (Electricity Act), Durg (C.G.), whereby v the Appellant has been conyicted under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and ^''r:^ 81 K vsm w BB Kffi 1!:.-11 VI K :iaL 'iiw-^ •- Khan 2 sentenced to undergo R.l. forsix months with fine of Rs.1,000/-, and in default thereof to suffer additional R.!. for three months. 2. During the pendency of this appeal, the appellant and respondent have entered into compromise and, according to the terms of compromise, the appellant has paid total bill amountof Rs.1,044/- with compounding fee of Rs.4,000/- of the State Government to the respondent. 3. Therefore, in view of the above compromise effected in between the parties, the conviction u/s 135 of the Electricity Act of the appellant and the sentence imposed thereunder by trial Court stand set aside and he is acquitted of this charge.
