Issue a writ of Mandamus, Certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Respondents to transfer the investigation of FIR No. 0689/2021 registered at Police Station Jyoti Nagar under Sections 406/34 IPC to a higher investigating authority to ensure a free, fair, impartial, transparent, and effective investigation. b. Direct the Respondents to conduct a thorough, unbiased, and time- bound investigation into the allegations of criminal breach of trust, cheating, criminal conspiracy, and dishonest misappropriation, in order to unearth the entire truth and bring the guilty to justice. c. Direct the Investigating Agency to seize the case property, including the Model ZT-l 8RP HDD Machine and the associated vehicle, currently misused and unlawfully possessed by the Respondents or their associates, and take all necessary steps to safeguard evidence; d. Direct the Respondents to produce all relevant records, documents, and witnesses as may be required for a complete and proper investigation and trial. e. Ensure that the investigation proceeds free from any undue influence, malice, bias, or pressure from any quarter, thereby protecting the fundamental rights of the Petitioner guaranteed This is a digitally signed order. All those aspects are allowed to be pointed out before the concerned Court and the Court in turn shall consider and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. 4. If the grievance of the petitioner is not fully mitigated, he shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse as available in law. 5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. 6. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
