Haryana. **** SUDEEPTI SHARMA J. (Oral) 1. The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 26.06.2018 passed by this Court in CWP-15715-2018. 2. Learned State counsel submits that vide order dated 26.06.2018, respondents were directed not to relieve the petitioners till any regular selection is made. Today, learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 26.06.2018, a speaking order dated 10.07.2025 has been passed by the Addl. Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Higher Education Department, Chandigarh and the petitioners were allowed to rejoin as Extension Lecturers in the subject of Botany. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. The copy of the order has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. In view of the above, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
