The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: This Court, vide order dated 12.05.2023, directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.04.2023 pending disposal of the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the 2nd respondent has disposed of the said representation of the petitioner dated 19.04.2023, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Assailing the same, the petitioner has filed another Writ Petition before this Court. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
