Perused the material on record. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner requested for a direction to respondent Police to complete the investigation of the subject crime and file charge sheet at the earliest and pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. In that view, it is apposite to direct respondent Police to complete the investigation with regard to the subject crime and file charge sheet/final report according to law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not filed so far.
