No. 1879 of 2023 on the file of the Honourable Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ananthapuramu and interfering in civil disputes of the petitioner as the same is illegal, contrary to law, arbitraiy and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents 4 to 7 not to interfere in the civil disputes and the private property of the petitioner admeasuring an extent of Ac 0.16 Cents situated in Sy.No. 31/1 or Plot Nos.

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 to 7 in calling the petitioner to attend the police station and insisting the petitioner to cancel the sale deed registered vide Document No. 8846 of 2022 dated 15-07-2022 and further insisting the petitioner to withdraw the suit in O.S. 2. Heard Sri P. Sai Surya Teja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station, in the absence of any crime registered and interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioners to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
