On the last date of hearing, Registry was directed to inform the respondents as well as their counsel regarding the next date of hearing.
2. As per report of the Registry, notices issued to respondent No.1 to 4, 6, 8 and 9 not received back, notice could not be issued to respondent No.5 as address is incomplete, respondent No.7 has been duly served and respondent No.10 is reported to have died.
3. Today, Ms. Harmeet Kaur Bhatia, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of Dr. Parveen Hans, Advocate and submits that she has no instructions to appear on behalf of the appellants in the present appeal.
4. This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2007 and no effort has been made by the parties to get the file reconstructed. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.
5. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
6. Liberty is reserved to the appellant to move an application for restoration of the appeal as and when complete record of the case is available with him.
7. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
