The petitioner has filed this petition praying for the following relief(s) : 10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to this case. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the writ in the nature of prohibition, certiorari and mandamus directing the respondent authorities to disburse the outstanding due amount of Rs 1,99,597/- and interest on it from the date it was payable till date at the earliest. 10.3 Hon'ble court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation of the petitioner pertaining to claim of his due outstanding GPF amount of Rs 1, 99,597/- and interest on it from the date it was payable till date and further to pass any other order which deems it just and proper, including cost of the petition in the interest of justice. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the High Power Grievance Redressal Committee. A direction may also be issued to the Committee to examine the grievance of the petitioner with regard to less 3 payment of the GPF/DPF amount and in turn, the said Committee, after affording a proper opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner and the concerned Department, shall decide the matter in an expeditious manner. 3. The above prayer is not opposed by the other side. 4. Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and also considering that there is a dispute regarding the facts and that the High Power Grievance Redressal Committee has already been constituted in the State, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the said Committee. The Committee shall, in turn, afford a proper opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner and the concerned Department. Further, both the parties shall produce the relevant documents before the Committee and after considering the same, the Committee shall pass a reasoned order, in an expeditious manner, within an outer limit of 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
