1. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the appeal against appellant No.1. Hence the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn against appellant No.1.
2. Appellant Nos. 2 and 3 are already protected by granting ad-interim anticipatory bail. Interim protection is confirmed on same terms and conditions.
3. Hence, the following order-
i] The appeal is allowed.
ii] The order dated 11.07.2025 granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to appellant Nos. 2 and 3 is hereby confirmed. Kavita 2025:BHC-NAG:9331

iii] The appellant Nos. 2 and 3 shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer. iv] The appeal stands disposed of. Fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per rules.
