(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS in case bearing FIR No.12 dated 16.04.2025 registered under Sections 7, 7A, 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at Police Station ACB Gurugram, District Anti-Corruption Bureau, Gurugram. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 12.05.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 12.05.2025 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS. Petition stands disposed of.
