If that is the case, the petitioners can file a bail application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita before the Special Court concerned. If that bail application is not entertained, the petitioners have got a right of appeal before this Court. 2. In such circumstances, this Court need not entertain this bail application. The petitioners are free to approach the Special Court with appropriate application in accordance with law. 2025:KER:28821 B.A No.4188 of 2025 4 Granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the Jurisdictional Court, this bail application is disposed of.
