Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 529 of 2024 arising out of Barkagaon (Urimari) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2005 corresponding to G.R. No. 660 of 2005 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323,325,307,379,504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 / 4 of Explosive Substance Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribag. 3. In the mightnight On 14.03.2005, 30-40 unknown persons started cutting trailing cable from Dumper yard of Birsa Project, Urimari. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. 5. Mrs. Shweta Singh, learned A.P.P after going through case diary, submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribag in connection with S.T.
