As per the status report filed on behalf of respondent/MCD on 8th April, 2026, the aforesaid properties have been booked for unauthorised construction and a show cause notice dated 18th March, 2026 has been issued to the owner/occupier. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD submits that subsequently, demolition orders have also been passed qua the aforesaid properties. 4. Copy of the demolition order shall be supplied by counsel for the respondent/MCD to the counsel for the petitioner through e-mail. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent/MCD to take action in accordance with law and in terms of the demolition order passed. 6. All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the owner/occupier/private respondents shall remain protected. 7. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
