Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order, thereby setting-aside/quashing the impugned order dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure P/1). 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 4 to decide the pending representation of petitioner, within stipulated time, as per PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 applicable policy and set-up. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that as per the rationalization policy of the State Government, petitioner has been posted at Primary School P.V.-44 Para, Block Koylibeda, District North Bastar Kanker. Petitioner aggrieved with the order of posting Annexure P-1 has submitted representation making a prayer of amendment in the order of posting which is pending consideration before Respondent No. 4 and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 4 to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking direction to Respondent No. 4 to decide his representation, he is having no objection. He also submits that the order of posting is passed by the District Level Committee against which remedy available to petitioner is to prefer an appeal before the Divisional Level Committee, which appears to have not been filed. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file appeal before the Divisional Level Committee as provided under the rationalization policy. 5. In view of above submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty with the petitioner to avail other remedy available to him under the rationalization policy.
