1. Mr. Ravi Bisht, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Siddharath Bisht, learned AGA for the State.
3. Present applicant is praying for regular bail in relation to FIR dated 25.03.2025 bearing FIR No. 0015 of 2025, registered at Police Station – Tallital, District – Nainital wherein applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 309 (6) BNS.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has no previous criminal history and he is cooperating with the investigation.
5. On the other side, learned State Counsel has not disputed this fact that applicant has no previous criminal history.
6. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and further taking into
consideration that applicant has no previous criminal history and further going through with the contents of the FIR, this Court is of the view that applicant deserves for bail. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, bail application is allowed.
7. Let the applicant “Gaurav Arya” be released on bail, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned subject to this condition that after being released on bail, he will cooperate with the investigation.
