An amount of Rs. 11,20,000/- has been deposited in the Registry earlier which has been withdrawn by the respondents. The matter has been settled between the parties with an additional amount of Rs.13,79,800/- which will be deposited by the insurance company before the Registry within one month. On such deposit being made, let the amount be disbursed to the claimants/respondents, on due identification of the respondents by the engaged counsel. Out of the respondents, the respondent No.2 Gaurdashi Biswas is stated to be have been expired on 16.03.2025. The copy of original death certificate has been submitted and the same be kept on record. It is also directed that the aforesaid additional amount shall be disbursed to respondent No. 1 as the respondent No. 2 has already been expired. Statutory deposit, if any, shall be refunded.
