On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner applied for license before the Authority concerned and the same is pending. However, there is no provision to show that the respondents have to issue "No Objection Certificate” to the petitioner to run a Spa. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as sought for in this Writ Petition. 4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
