Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondents to consider and decide the application-representation dated 27.04.2023 of the petitioner within stipulated period. 2.While going through the aforesaid representation, it was found by the Court that in the aforesaid representation, prayer was made to cancel the illegal sale deeds issued in favour of certain persons. 3. It is settled law that sale deed could only be cancelled by the competent Court. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Deoria is not at all maintainable and same is liable to be dismissed and it is hereby dismissed.
