Sri Srinivasula Reddy Vajrala, learned Standing Counsel for APTDC has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Superintending Engineer, APTDC Ltd., dated 19.12.2025. Copy of the Written Instruction is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. This Written Instruction is taken on record. 3. Having regard to these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to all the Respondents including the Respondent No.2 to complete the entire administrative process, Inter- departmental and Intra-departmental by way of mutual cooperation and coordinaton, within a period of three weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the concerned authority within two weeks from today for effecting such transfer. 5.
