No.11 / 2 of Gowdagallu Village, Kosigi Mandal, Kurnool District in the interest of justice and grant such other relief or reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case ...” None represented for the Petitioner. 3 Heard learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State and learned counsel appearing for unofficial respondents. Perused the material on record. At the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home placed on record the Written Instructions received from respondent No.5. The relevant paragraph reads as under: It is respectfully submitted that as per the writ averments there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and respondents. In this connection submit few lines in front of Hon’ble court that, the respondent police did not calling the petitioner to the police in such cause so far, also this is purely civil in nature and mains suit is pending at I Additional Junior Civil Judge at Adoni court vide OS No.149/2021. Hence the respondent police is no way concern with the above said issue, unless there is any specific directions from the concern authority. without there being any case the respondent police did not interfere into the petitioner’s civil dispute. A perusal of the material on record would show this Court vide order dated 09.09.2021 in IA No.1 of 2021 directed respondent police officials not to call the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against her prior to filing of the writ petition, till the next date of hearing. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim Order passed by this Court on 09.09.2021 in IA No.1 of 2021 is made absolute. No order as to costs.
