Hon’ble Shri Arvind Kumar Verma Order on Board 25/09/2025 1. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally. 2. By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is lawful owner/prospective applicant of land at Mouza Kormi, P.H. No. 42, Khasra No. 22/9, the respondent initiated demarcation proceedings, which remain pending before the Learned Court of Tahsildar, Bilaspur. Despite a fixed date (09/04/2025) for demarcation by the Revenue Inspector and repeated representations to authorities, the demarcation has been indefinitely postponed without valid reason. Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.10.07 11:31:13 +0530 2 No action has been taken by the revenue officials, and inaction persists even after written complaints to the SDO and Tahsildar. The ongoing delay, especially with imminent rains, causes the petitioner grave hardship and deprives him of remedy to secure rights in the said land. Hence this petition. 3. On the other hand, learned State Counsel submits that with regard to demarcation of land, his application would be considered and the authorities concerned will demarcate the land in accordance with law. 4. Given the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent-authorities including the Revenue Department of the State Government take necessary steps in getting the property of the petitioner duly demarcated physically in the presence of the petitioner and all concerned persons under Section 129 of CG Land Revenue Code in accordance with law within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
