Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, Government Advocate for the State, Mr. Garry Mukhopadhyay, learned counsel for CGPSC and Mr. 3 Anurag Dayal Shrivastava, learned counsel for High Court of Chhattisgarh. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ and call for the entire records from the respondents authorities in respect of the petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court and in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ and direct the respondent authorities to issue admit card to the petitioner to appear in the examination which is to be held on 21.09.2025, in the interest of justice. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. In light of the order dated 20.9.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court which itself was rendered pursuant to the direction of the Hon’ble Apex Court in the matter of Urwashi Kour vs. State of Chhattisgarh (Diary No. 53495 of 2025) it is noted that an interim order was issued for the release of admit cards to the petitioner, enabling her participation in the 4 examination conducted by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission on 21.9.2025. Since the relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner has already been adequately addressed through this interim arrangement, there remains no further cause for intervention. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of. 5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse to law in case of exigency, if so advised.
