He submits, in front of his agricultural land, by encroaching public road, respondent no. 7 is seeking to construct septic tank. He seeks direction upon the authorities to remove the encroachment situate on side lane of sub canal at Jaswa Bilari, Tehsil Handia in district Prayagraj. 2. Mr. Devansh Rathor, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, there are reports disclosed by petitioner pointing out the encroachment. 3. The encroachment made by respondent no. 7 appears to be on public road. Respondent no. 2 or concerned respondents as directed by said respondent, will take steps to remove the encroachment upon noticing respondent no. 7. 4. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order to respondent no. 2 and a copy thereof to respondent no. 7. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
