Heard. Perused the record. 3. A perusal of the report received from the Inspector of Police, Gannavaram Police Station, Krishna District, indicates that the petitioner/accused died on 22.11.2014 and due to which Non-Bailable Warrant could not be executed. Despite the death of the petitioner about 10 years back no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner/accused. 4. None appeared for the respondent No.1/complainant. 5. It seems that both parties have not been showing interest. 6. In view of the death of the petitioner/accused, the revision petitioner is dismissed as abated.
