The instant application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been moved with a prayer to quash the entire proceeding of the S.T. No.818 of 2014 (State Vs. Satendra and another), arising out of Case Crime No.170 of 2014, under Sections 307, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Raya, District Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is compromise entered into between the parties. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party nos.2 to 4 accepted that there is compromise between the parties. 5. Learned A.G.A. accepts notice for the State. 6.The compromise deed is verified by the court concerned. The report of the court concerned is dated 17.05.2024, whereby it is reported that the compromise has been verified. The matter pertains to cross fight, between the neighbours. 7. Thus, the proceeding arose out of case crime number mentioned above is hereby quashed. Consequently, the proceedings of trial also quashed. 8. The application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed accordingly.
