Heard Sri Pamarthy Rathnakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police are not taking any action on the complaint dated 27.10.2025 made by the petitioner against the unofficial respondent. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that after receipt of complaint of the petitioner, the police have conducted preliminary enquiry. After due enquiry, the police have registered a case in FIR No.48 of 2025 under Sections 85, 115(2), 351(2) r/w 4 3(5) of BNS and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act dated 27.11.2025 against the unofficial respondent and others. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
