ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…to issue a writ more particularly in the form of Writ of Mandamus (i) declaring the action of the 5th respondent in interfering with the rights of the petitioner at the instance of the 6th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional (ii) To direct the 4th and 5th Respondents not to interfere with the civil matters and not to harass the petitioner, (iii) To direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action against the representation given by the petitioner .…”
2. Heard Sri Thathireddy Ashok Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- police are interfering in the civil disputes between the parties, at the instance of the unofficial respondent.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
