ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents, particularly 2nd respondent in interfering with the affairs of the petitioner association particularly with regard to office building of the petitioner association at the instance of respondent nos.4 and 5 as illegal, unjust, arbitrary and high handed, mala fide and without authority and consequently direct the respondents particularly 2nd respondent not to interfering with the affairs of the petitioner association particularly with regard to office building of the petitioner association, and to pass…”
2. Heard Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner,
learned counsel representing Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for respondent No.4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the respondents never called the Members of the Kadapa Kirana Merchants Association as alleged in the writ petition, and they did not register any case against the petitioner. The alleged harassment as per the affidavit was in the year
2019.
4. In the light of instructions received from the leaned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that
4 the writ petition can be closed at the stage of admission without going into merits of the case.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
