ORAL ORDER
(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents No.2 and 3 to foreclose of tender for Transportation and Handling Contract in respect of Transportation of food grains from FCI/CWC/SWC/KFCSC Godowns and other storage Godowns in Hubballi Taluks of petitioner’s husband by discharging him, in the interest of justice and equity. ii. Issue a writ in mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No.2 and 3 to release the Security Deposit and Bank Guarantee submitted by the husband of petitioner pursuant to awarding of contract, in the interest of justice and equity. iii. Issue a writ in Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to pay all the arrears/bills and EMD amount of the petitioner’s husband, in the interest of justice and equity. iv. Grant such other reliefs as deemef fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity.

2. A memo dated 19.09.2025 singed by the petitioner and
learned counsel for the petitioner, has been filed, which reads as under;
“That the petitioner in the above petition is not pressing the above petition for the time being and seek leave of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the above petitions. Hence the Hon’ble Court be pleased to disposed off the above petition as withdrawn, in the interest of justice.”
3. Accepting the said memo and submission of the counsel for the petitioner, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. In view of disposal of the writ petition, pending interlocutory applications, if any, do not survive for
consideration and are disposed of accordingly.
