This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents for non-payment of the bills for the works undertaken by the petitioner. 2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning, and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent- Corporation. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has executed the work, viz., providing of CC Road from D.No.4/289 to 4/299 in Nagarajupeta and CC road from D.No. 4/788-1 to 4/794 (S&S) in sivalingam palli street and CC road from D.No. 3/420-3-1 to 3/420-4 beside Kandula apartment and CC road from D.No.3/269 to Umesh Chandra Kalyana mandapam near NTR circle and providing of CC drain from D.No.4/289 to 4/299 in Nagarajupeta in 30th Division of Kadapa Municipal Corporation, under Agreement No.539/2023-24, dated: 22.11.2023, (ii) Providing of CC road from D.No.4/2 to 4/762 and CC road from 3/87 to beside Mayura Hotel in Sivalingam Pillai Street and Providing of 600 MM CC drain from D.No.3/98 to 3/87 in Sivalingam Palli Street in 30th Division in Kadapa Municipal Corporation 3 W.P. No.26375 OF 2025 Date of order: 25.09.2025 under Agreement No.540/2023-24, dt.22.11.2023, as entrusted by respondents 3 and 4. 4. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner duly executed all the works to the satisfaction of respondents 3 and 4. It is further submitted that after execution of the works, the competent authority recorded the progress of the work in M Books and final quality assessments were also done by the agency employed by the 3rd respondent and thereafter the petitioner has submitted respective final bills aggregating for a sum of Rs.36,39,605/- and respondents 3 and 4 approved the same and further uploaded in the CFMS portal, but so far no payment has been made to the petitioner. 5. During the course of the hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation does not dispute the submissions made by the petitioner with respect to the completion of the works undertaken. 6. Considering the submissions, respondents 2, 3 and 5 are hereby directed to verify and release the payments due payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
