Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that immediately after receipt of Spandana Petition, the Investigation Officer called the Petitioner to the Police Station and enquired him, wherein, he stated that there are disputes between him and his wife. Since the matter relates to family disputes, no crime is registered basing on the complaint of the Petitioner and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4 In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
