GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following: 3 Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action, things, deeds of Respondents in trying to take the Petitioners' lands situated in R.S.No. 41, in an extents of Ac.0.50 and Ac.0.50 cents respectively of Pedayadara Village, Bandar Mandal, Krishna District for the purpose of laying housing Plots under Navaratnalu and Pedalandariki Ilu Scheme. 3. On the other hand the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the concerned respondent authorities would deal with the subject land strictly in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in Rs.No.41 and Ac.0.50 cents in the same survey number respectively situated in Pedayadara Village, Bandar Mandal, Krishna District, strictly in accordance with law and if the petitioners are otherwise found to be in possession of the same, they shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned including the petitioners and if any dispossession from the subject land shall not be made except by following the due process of law. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
