ORDER:
This application is filed under Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code to condone the delay of 2077 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.
2. Heard Sri Bonu Rama Shankar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that challenging the order dated 30.04.2019 in E.A.No.21 of 2018 in E.P.No.23 of 2017 in M.V.O.P.No.799 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal- cum-IV Additional District Judge, Vizianagaram, Vizianagaram District, this Civil Revision Petition is filed. He further submitted that due to petitioner’s lack of legal knowledge, delay of 2077 days was occurred to file this Revision and if the said order is allowed to continue, it will cause irreparable loss to the petitioner, as such, prayed to allow this application condoning the delay of 2077 days in filing this Revision.
4. A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find sufficient grounds for condoning delay of 2077 days. Moreover, the Hon’ble Apex Court in Shivamma (Dead) by Lrs. V. Karnataka Housing Board & Ors1 held that delays shall not be condoned on frivolous and superficial grounds, until a proper case of sufficient cause is made out.
