The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by the District Magistrate, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh; 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to release of the petitioner on parole; 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s) that it deems fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity, in favour of the petitioner;” 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking release on parole. It is submitted that the connected Criminal Appeal No. 213 of 2025 was heard finally with the consent of the parties, and vide order dated 12.11.2025, this Court has acquitted the petitioner in the said appeal. In view of the aforesaid development, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the said prayer. 5. Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
