JUSTICE M A CHOWDHARY, JUDGE ORDER (25.07.2025) Petitioners, in the present petition, have sought a direction to the respondents not to substitute the petitioners by another set of contractual appointees in academic arrangement or by transferring regularly recruited Teaching Assistant from one institution to another till posts held by the petitioners on contractual basis in the academic arrangement is filled up by the competent authority on permanent basis for the subjects Zoology and Chemistry in Government Degree College, Kishtwar. This petition has been filed way back in the year 2014 and with the efflux of time, this petition seems to have been rendered infructuous and even there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today.
