Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, basing on the contents of the complaint given by the petitioner, Respondent – Police enquired into the matter and found that the matter is purely related to civil disputes between the parties. The parties were advised to settle the issue in competent Civil Court and the Police have not registered any case based on the said complaint. 3. Ms.V.Sesha Kumari, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
