The applicants have moved this application to permit them to correct the name of mouza in the reference application as well as the appeal memo, as the same was incorrectly mentioned as mouza ‘Bramhanwada Thadi’ instead of “Vishroli”, for which learned counsel for respondent No. 3 and learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1and 2 given no objection. 3. On perusal of the record, it appears that in the Award, the name of the mouza was mentioned as “Vishroli”. Similarly, the copy of the notice produced by the applicants across the bar indicates the name of the mouza as “Vishroli”. Learned counsel for respondents does not dispute the said position. 4. In view of the above, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicants are permitted to correct the name of mouza “Vishroli” instead of mouza ‘Bramhanwada Thadi’ in the reference petition as well as the appeal memo within a week, and upon carrying out the correction, shall supply a copy to the other side immediately, else the application shall stand rejected.
